Kitchen Remodel & Whole-Home Facelift in Rancho Bernardo

We took this home from dated oak and tile to clean and modern: a new kitchen layout with dark shaker cabinets, new flooring, a new double vanity, fresh trim and paint throughout, and a refinished staircase.

What We Did

  • Tore out the original oak cabinets and tile countertops.
  • Rebuilt the kitchen pony wall to fit the new cabinet layout.
  • Supplied and installed new dark shaker kitchen cabinets, including a pantry and coffee station beside the refrigerator.
  • Coordinated new quartz countertop fabrication and installation.
  • Installed new vinyl plank flooring through the main living areas and new carpet on the stairs.
  • Installed a new double vanity in the primary bathroom.
  • Replaced ceiling fans and light fixtures.
  • Installed new door casings and baseboards throughout the home.
  • Primed and painted all walls and ceilings, and spray-finished the stair railing and skirting.
  • Patched drywall throughout and repaired a window.
