A new wood pergola extension designed to match the existing structure in size, style and finish, tied into the original framing, with a tongue-and-groove ceiling and flashing at the house connection.
New reinforced concrete footings and CMU block bases for the bar and kitchen run, finished in stucco, with supports for built-in seating.
Quartzite countertops fabricated and installed throughout, including a waterfall edge on the bar top.
Outdoor-rated appliances and stainless steel cabinetry built into the kitchen run.
